Your Next Step Doesn’t Have to Be Taken Alone

The Creating Space Collaborative’s free 12-week mentorship program connects women with experienced mentors who can help them move forward in their businesses, careers, leadership journeys, and personal goals.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

What Is the Creating Space Mentorship Program?

The Creating Space Mentorship Program is a free, virtual experience that connects women with mentors who have relevant professional knowledge and experience. Each mentee enters the program with a primary goal or challenge and is thoughtfully matched with someone equipped to help her work through it.

Over 12 weeks, mentors and mentees communicate weekly to set goals, identify roadblocks, build practical skills, and take meaningful action. Depending on the mentee’s needs, that could mean developing a brand, organizing business finances, preparing for a career change, strengthening leadership skills, or simply figuring out what needs to happen next.

This isn’t a one-time consultation or a program built around generic advice. It’s a supportive, hands-on partnership designed to help each woman gain clarity, make real progress, and build a connection she can carry beyond the program.

Free to participate · Fully virtual · Open to women across the United States

HOW IT WORKS

Personalized Support From Start To Finish

We thoughtfully pair mentors and mentees based on the mentee’s goals and the mentor’s relevant experience.

Step 1: Apply

Participants complete an application to share their background, experience, goals, and availability.

Step 2: Get Matched

Participants finish the program by reflecting on their progress and creating a plan for what comes next.

Step 3: Work Together

Mentors and mentees communicate weekly through guided sessions, progress check-ins, and action steps.

Step 4: Move Forward

PROGRAM TIMELINE

What Do The 12 Weeks Look Like?

The mentorship program is designed to guide each mentor and mentee through a clear, supportive process while leaving room for every experience to be personalized. Over 12 weeks, participants will establish goals, identify challenges, work through action steps, and reflect on their progress through weekly communication, hands-on support sessions, and focused check-ins.

Each stage builds on the one before it, helping mentees turn one primary goal or challenge into meaningful progress and finish the program with greater clarity, stronger connections, and a plan for what comes next.
