You Don’t Have to Figure Out Your Next Step Alone
Whether you’re building a business, navigating your career, growing as a leader, or working toward a new goal, the right guidance can help you move forward. Our free, virtual 12-week leadership program connects you with an experienced mentor who can offer personalized support based on where you feel stuck.
YOUR ROLE
What Does A Mentee Do?
As a mentee, or should we say “creator”, you’ll enter the program with one primary goal or challenge you’re ready to work through. You and your mentor will identify what progress could look like, create realistic goals, and work together throughout the 12 weeks.
Your mentor will offer guidance, share relevant experience, provide feedback, and help you stay focused but you will remain in charge of your journey. You’ll be responsible for communicating consistently, attending scheduled sessions, completing agreed-upon action steps, and being open to learning along the way.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need to be ready to participate, ask questions, and take meaningful steps toward your goal.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Personalize Support With A Clear Structure
You’ll stay in communication with your mentor each week throughout the 12-week program. Some weeks will include longer, hands-on support sessions, while others will focus on setting goals, checking your progress, working through challenges, or preparing for what comes next.
The program includes four support sessions that typically last 45–60 minutes and two check-ins that last approximately 20–30 minutes. Meeting times are arranged between you and your mentor so you can find a schedule that works for both of you.
You won’t be expected to navigate the process without direction. Creating Space Collaborative provides a clear weekly outline, conversation prompts, goal-setting tools, progress resources, and templates to guide you through each stage of the program.
Your experience will be personalized around your goal, but you’ll always know what you’re working toward and what to expect next.
